Fewer mistyped slips: check and fix each order before you download
Only orders still to ship: exported ones stay hidden, so none is typed twice
Boxes, delivery slot and sender set per export, not order by order
Import issued B2 data to add tracking numbers
Japan Shipping Label CSV turns your store orders into CSV files for Yamato B2 Cloud and Click Post. It reads unshipped domestic orders and checks postal codes, phone numbers, over-long names or addresses and characters a label cannot print before you download, and lets you fix them on the spot.
Orders can be filtered by date, paid status or order number, and exported orders stay hidden. Boxes can be set per order, and a delivery time slot matching a B2 window goes into the file. Click Post files split every 40 orders, and your last 10 exports can be downloaded again without using up your monthly count. After you issue labels, import the issued data and add tracking numbers to your orders once you confirm.
Free covers 30 orders a month. Pro removes the limit and adds Kuroneko Yu-Packet waybills, rules that look at the shipping method, automatic text for the B2 article line, leaving sales channels such as POS out, and filling date, time slot or article from checkout custom fields.
B2 Cloud needs your own Yamato contract. The file follows Yamato's published layout but has not been tried in a real B2 Cloud account. The screen is in Japanese; recipient details stay in your browser.
