Vox Intelligens is a call desk for teams that sell and attend customers by phone. Calls are dialed from your own phone or softphone, and Vox keeps the record: who called, direction, agent, duration, status and notes, linked to the contact in your site. The live monitor shows active calls and the queue. While talking, the agent writes the conversation line by line and can ask the AI copilot for a suggested answer. When the call ends, one click analyzes it: summary, sentiment, outcome, tags and suggested actions are saved with the call. The call center registers incoming calls in the queue or as missed, lets the team take them, create a lead in your contacts or schedule a follow-up in your calendar. Transcriptions lists every call with search and statistics, and exports a call as text. Settings hold business hours, voicemail message, transfer number, recording notice and the voice agent's name, voice, language and script, which you can test with AI in the browser. Vox does not place or receive calls by itself: automatic calls need a telephony provider account, which is not included. Vox installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site.
