Stock moves quietly. A product sells through while you are looking at something else, and often the first sign is a customer asking where it went. Low Stock Monitor watches your store's inventory and emails you when a product falls below a threshold you choose. The alert is triggered by the inventory change itself rather than by a periodic scan, so it generally arrives within moments of the stock moving. Repeat alerts for the same product are held back for thirty minutes, which helps keep a rapid sequence of small adjustments from filling your inbox. The dashboard lists the products currently under your threshold, lowest first, so the most pressing ones sit at the top. You can move between the items that will alert, the ones you have muted, and the full list. Muting works per product. Discontinued lines, seasonal pieces and made-to-order items can be silenced individually without turning alerts off everywhere else, and a muted product stays on the list so it is still easy to find. Stock is read from your store's own inventory records, so the numbers shown reflect what the store actually holds, including products tracked across several variants.
