Beacon Bookings is built for businesses that sell time, such as kayak and bike rentals, cabins, tours, classes and lessons. It adds a booking form to your site where customers pick a date and time, say how many people are coming, see the price and pay through your site's checkout. Each time slot has its own capacity, so you can offer six kayaks at once or a tour for twelve. People counts can take up seats or multiply the price. Add buffer time for cleaning or travel, set weekly hours, and close or open specific dates. Bookings run by the hour, day or night, with fixed or customer-chosen lengths. You can also set duration prices, such as 8 hours for $80 or a week for $300, and customers pay whichever works out lower. While a customer pays, their slot is held for a short time, which helps keep two people from booking the last spot. Bookings appear in your dashboard as a list and a calendar where you can confirm, complete or cancel them, and you can subscribe to them from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The free plan includes one bookable product. The paid plan adds unlimited products and resources such as rooms, staff or boats, each with its own capacity.
