Turn a front-desk tablet into a self-service check-in station for classes, appointments and every session of a course. Clients find their booking by name, tap Check in, and attendance updates automatically in Bookings. The kiosk confirms the correct session and check-in window. You can also require completed intake forms and payment or successful plan redemption. If a form is missing, clients can scan a QR code and complete it on their phone. Unpaid bookings and other exceptions go to staff. Staff get a live arrivals list with clear reasons someone needs help. View membership details and remaining package sessions when available, check clients in, mark no-shows and undo attendance mistakes. For privacy, the kiosk never displays the full daily customer list. Clients search by name, with an optional last-four-phone-digit check. Walk-ins can scan a QR code to book through your existing booking page, then return to check in. Better Check-In requires Premium, billed through the App Market. Eligible sites can start a free trial.
