Open Google or Yahoo, or download an Apple or Outlook calendar file
Enter the title, dates, time zone, location, and description in the widget settings
Load the public item whose slug matches the current page
Offer the same save actions on the Event Details header and details area

Visitors can keep a copy of an event in their own calendar. The button opens Google or Yahoo with the details filled in, or downloads an Apple or Outlook calendar file. Saving the event does not register the visitor, send email, or connect a calendar account. Site owners type the event in the widget settings, or match one public CMS item by the current page slug. On Event page, the same actions appear in the details header and the details area. Times use a confirmed time zone, and a past event stays hidden until export is allowed.
