Beauty Booth: Full Wix Studio website design and build for Beauty Booth Aesthetics, a boutique medical aesthetics practice founded by Nori Portesi in Ontario, California, specialising in neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, and a signature Glass Skin Protocol. The brief called for a high-end, editorial aesthetic — refined, minimal, and luxurious — reflecting the practice's philosophy that results should look natural and unhurried. The site features a multi-page architecture covering Philosophy, Process, Treatments, Founder bio, and FAQ, with a treatment menu, Instagram visual diary integration, a membership programme section, and online booking via Aesthetic Record. Key deliverables included a bespoke brand-forward design, mobile-first build, contact form, and a footer credit linking back to Therapeia. The site positions Beauty Booth as a premium destination in the Ontario, CA med-spa market — where science meets artistry.

Empowering Therapetic Services: Full Wix Studio website build for Empowering Therapeutic Services, a Virginia-based mental health practice offering outpatient therapy, intensive in-home services, and mental health skill-building for adults and children. The project involved designing and developing a multi-page site from scratch, including dedicated service pages for outpatient therapy, intensive in-home care, mental health skill-building, and a referral submission page. A JotForm-powered referral intake form was embedded and connected to the client's existing workflow. Key deliverables included: HIPAA-aware contact and intake forms, insurance panel display (Cardinal Care Medicaid, Humana Healthy Horizons Virginia, Sentara Community Plan, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Virginia), accurate clinician credentialing copy (Licensed and License-Eligible Clinicians), and a custom domain connection to empoweringyouts.com. The site went live serving families and referral partners across Virginia.

Neurodiverse Counseling: This project involved a comprehensive redesign of a mental health practice's website, moving it from the Wix platform to a custom-built solution. Objective: The primary goal was to create a professional, modern, and user-friendly website that accurately represents the client’s specialized therapy services. The new site needed to improve user experience, highlight key services, and clearly communicate their service areas across multiple states (MA, FL, NC, & DC). Solution: I developed a new website based on the detailed requirements provided in the client's redesign document. The new site was built to be intuitive and visually appealing, drawing inspiration from leading therapy practice websites. Key Features: A clean, professional design that reflects the brand's focus on neurodiversity. Clearly defined service pages that provide in-depth information about the therapies offered. Integration of their existing online booking portal for seamless client scheduling. Improved navigation to help visitors easily find information about services and their multi-state practice.

The Monday Collective: Molly Thomas, founder of The Monday Collective, reached out with a Wix site she had DIY-ed but didn’t love. Her words: “I tried to DIY and realized I just really don’t have the skills for it.” She wanted a polished, mobile-friendly redesign that captured her brand’s editorial, boutique feel—something more “wellness magazine meets premium studio” than a coaching dashboard. My Approach I gathered Molly’s assets—copy, images, section titles, and brand inspirations—and studied her vision for muted neutrals, asymmetry, and editorial typography. Built out layouts in Figma with staggered grids, overlapping text on imagery, luxe serif fonts, and soft overlays for a calm yet elevated feel. Integrated service browsing, coaching application forms, class booking requests, and lead capture features. The Outcome The final site transformed her draft into a clean, professional, and editorial-style platform that: Reflects her brand personality (feminine, elevated, not overly soft). Showcases offerings clearly while staying visually dynamic. Engages users with thoughtful storytelling sections, curated testimonials, and an intuitive client journey. Result: Molly now has a site that not only represents her brand but also sets her apart in a competitive wellness space—ready to scale with her future plans like a resource vault and coaching hub.
