First off, I admit that my needs are very high end and I require someone that is detailed, very responsive and very creative. For my needs, Autumn was not a good fit. Perhaps someone that just needs a simple quick, cheap site Autumn could be a good fit....

Jim has been probably one of the most difficult customers I have EVER had.
Constant mansplaining and being an out and out bully.
Laughing at me and making me feel less than him. It was awful.
He was extremely high maintenance which I accommodated gladly. He wanted to add things without payment and was never satisfied with anything I did.
In fact, when viewing his site now, it has ONCE AGAIN been edited. H is not ever happy.
It is interesting how I have only 5 Star reviews and now I have a one star because of him.
I am a hard worker with over 13 years experience and I make amazing websites for amazing customers. Unfortunately, this customer was not as amazing as he thinks.

Autumn is an angel from Heaven! She worked overtime to get our ads with Google straightened out and it was was a trainwreck! She is very communicative and answers texts promptly. Autumn created our social media presence and updates regularly, which is something we never could do.
