Bodywork Bliss : Project: Making Bodywork Bliss Website Better

What We Did

We changed the website for Bodywork Bliss, a place that helps people feel good with special bodywork and wellness advice, to make it look nicer and work better.

Not Just Carpet: For this recent project, we helped freshen up the website for "Not Just Carpet," a Florida store known for selling great floors since 1976. This website isn't just to look at - it shows off the store's top-notch floors. They have everything from comfy carpets to strong laminates and vinyl, plus tiles and stone. Now, the website feels like you're really in the store, picking from all the cool floors they have.

"Not Just Carpet" isn't just about selling carpets. They're close to Hallandale Beach and have been making people happy with their floors for a long time. The website lets you check out favorite products, top sellers, and special deals that are made for everyone's different tastes and needs. It also talks about easy ways to pay over time with Synchrony, so customers can make their homes look great without worries.

The website is packed with choices like wood floors, laminate, and even custom-made rugs that can be sent all over the country. It's a place where you can find every kind of floor you might want. The website also shows how you can make your house feel more like your own with special rugs.

I worked on this project to do more than just show off "Not Just Carpet's" big name. I wanted to make shopping there online super easy. I added clear pictures of products, reviews from happy customers, and a simple menu to find your way around. This way, making customers happy with great floors stays most important.

Asador Patagonia: The project aimed to redesign the Asador Patagonia website, an authentic Argentinean restaurant located in Royal Palm Beach, FL, known as the most popular Argentinean steakhouse in Palm Beach County. The redesign focused on enhancing user experience (UX) and interface (UI), applying modern web design principles to reflect the high quality and authenticity of the restaurant's offerings.

The original Asador Patagonia website struggled with outdated design elements that did not effectively communicate the restaurant’s prestige and culinary excellence. Navigation difficulties and menu access further detracted from the user experience, necessitating a complete overhaul to attract and retain visitors.

The redesigned website was created from scratch, focusing on UX/UI techniques aimed at providing an inviting and user-friendly online presence. Key aspects of the redesign included:

Clear Navigation: Implemented a streamlined menu system with easy access to the restaurant’s menu, entertainment options, private dining information, and Tiki Bar offerings. The tab navigation was optimized for intuitive use, allowing users to explore menu items effortlessly.
Responsive Design: Ensured the website adjusted seamlessly across devices, enhancing accessibility and maintaining visual appeal whether accessed from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Visual Aesthetics: Adopted a visually appealing design that captures the essence of Argentinean culture and the rustic elegance of Asador Patagonia. High-quality images of popular menu items and the dining area were integrated to entice and engage visitors.
Enhanced Booking Experience: Simplified the table booking process with a clear, easy-to-use form directly accessible from the homepage. This improvement aimed to increase reservations by minimizing steps and providing immediate confirmation.
Content Strategy: Refined website content to highlight the restaurant's history, founder (Natalia Yamashiro, CEO), and the culinary journey offered since its opening in 2013. The narrative was crafted to connect with the audience, emphasizing quality cuts, authentic preparations, and the unique dining experience.

TMC Consultores: The project aimed to analyze and completely restructure the TMC Consultores Comerciales website, a leading business consulting firm with 28 years serving manufacturers and retailers in the consumer goods market in Latin America, Spain, and the United States. The redesign was centered on enhancing the digital experience through UX/UI principles to better reflect their strategic growth services.

The initial TMC Consultores website possibly faced issues with visibility and clarity regarding their service offerings. The objective was to overcome any user experience hurdles by establishing a clear and compelling online representation of their consulting capabilities which could assist them in reaching a broader clientele.

The website underwent a full analysis followed by a redesign with the following improvements to meet the desired UX/UI standards:

Improved Information Architecture: Streamlined the website's flow to ensure users could rapidly ascertain the consulting services offered, including Strategy RTM (Route to Market), Organizational Development, and specialized courses for individual and corporate clients.

Optimized Navigation: Enhanced navigation led users more naturally through the services page to the contact section, thereby simplifying the pathway for potential clients to reach out.

Responsive Design Upgrades: Adjusted the layout to adapt to various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience from desktop to mobile.

Visually Engaging Layout: Redesigned the visual presentation to incorporate compelling imagery and to use space more effectively, presenting their consulting impact statistics and customer testimonials in an engaging manner.

Content Representation: Rewrote and restructured web content to closely align with market needs, portraying TMC Consultores as a thought leader in strategic growth for mid to large-sized firms in their operational regions.

For a long time I've been sitting on the fence with my business website on if I was going to invest in someone to manage my SEO. I've heard mixed reviews from other business owners who thought SEO wasn't a valuable expense for them. Initially I tried to manage my business, post content, and fiddle with SEO optimization on my own(I have zero idea what I'm doing with SEO). This only led to frustration in that I always felt like I was getting pulled in 12 directions at once and not really seeing the fruit of the labor. I spoke with Kendall Development on my website goals, business model, and a list of improvements I wanted to make. After one conversation I got the impression that this company would do a great job. I was not disappointed, within 3 days they had completed the task of cleaning up my website appearance, enhancing page loading speed, optimized the site to Google standards to improve search engine ranking, and add links to highlight my spotify podcast and also my self defense liability insurance plans that I offer clients. In all this company has been prompt, professional, and efficient in handling my business needs. I look forward to continuing to work with them as my business grows from its humble beginnings. Federico and his team are doing an incredible job helping me grow my business. We have been working with them since 2021 in our painting company located in South Florida. By doing SEO and other services like paid ads on Google and Facebook they have delivered any other than good results. They are extremely dynamic in switching out from different platforms when something is not generating enough ROI.
