Although a few weeks are needed to see the true fruits of Alison's work via Google, I can say now her communication was excellent. She shows (with pictures!) exactly what she'd done and why to me - a layman - was a great help. Afterwards we chatted for 40 minutes about her recommendations going forward. Yes I would definitely recommend her...
