Total waste of time and money. I don't think she even reviewed our website before we started. I really needed the help and would have been a long time customer of hers is she had put an effort into the site. She had nothing to do with any of the layout or design of the website, I was just hoping she could have helped me with new photos and improve it but to no avail. BTW she was nice enough to say that she would give me $50.00 discount off my next hour if I left her a 5 star review....
You ordered a training session, I'm very sorry you did not retain the training but I've been working with WIX for over 10 years. I apologize if you did not understand that training sessions are to teach you how to use the site, they are not for making changes to the site. Christina Harrison reached out to me to help me connect my Wix store to Facebook and Instagram. I was a little concerned that after our initial phone call she didn't really ask a lot of questions, but I figured she was the professional and knew what she was doing. The project was slated for completion after 4 days, but after about a week and no results I tried to reach out to her to assist. I had explained in my initial request that I was having difficulties in getting this to work, so that should have been an obvious line of question during that first phone call.
She had stated she was reaching out to support me, but never relayed anything I needed to do or how I could help in any way. She had admin login to my Wix account, Facebook, and Instagram, but was never able to complete the job nor explain to me what I needed to do to make it work and said that the errors (whatever they were) was out of scope on this project and basically not her concern.
After almost four weeks of working with her, I had to make the difficult decision to revoke her permissions and ask for a refund. She had been unable to complete the job, and I felt that it was unfair for her to receive $200 for a half-assed attempt when there was nothing really outlined in the "contract" between us.
I decided to give Fiverr a try to see if I could get help setting up my online store. I paid someone $70 and gave them access to my Facebook Business page. To my surprise, the store was up and running the very next morning!...

The Facebook Shop was successfully connected but after 15 days of additional work on the account due to Facebook errors, I made you aware that there needed to be a scope change for additional services for the Instagram Shop connection. I even offered to sit on a call between you and Facebook and escalated your case with WIX. After that my permissions were revoked and disputed the charge with your credit card company and funds were removed from my account. I'm happy another individual found success after all the issues I resolved on your account.
